Gulf Petro Trading Co. is a company with a unique combination of assets. Since our founding in 1982, we have instilled a strong foundation of people that product stable profits.

Gulf Petro is an independent oil and gas trading company that, through joint ventures and strategic partnerships, invests in the short term activities of acquiring, developing, exploring and producing oil and gas in its core areas of operations from the Gulf of Mexico to the Persian Gulf.

Our E&P activities have roots in the Gulf of Mexico in the early 1990s when we operated as consultants to first time explorers. We have since expanded to include acquisition of operational assets for our supply chain initiatives. Currently Gulf Petro is engaged in a multitude of projects in or adjacent to the Persian Gulf.

Our innovative techniques and raw experience bridges several project management gaps in mid size oil and gas exploration operations. Our alliances with major producers and refiners enable us to capitalize on increased reserves, production and earnings using the most technologically advanced methods possible.
